Here are some of our previous cars in chronological reverse order.

Subaru Legacy GTB.
This 280 bhp sleeper is quite possibly the best car I have owned. It ticks every box of requirements for our car. So when I replaced it, I went for the same car but in better condition.

Alfa Romeo 2.0 Widebody. I bought this for the wife to keep her going over the winter 08 to 09 whilst I did some more work to her Beat. I bought it off Ebay for not a lot of money and was really surprised at its condition. I did consider keeping it after it had served it's purpose and sometimes wish I had.

Fiat Marea 2.4 TD. I bought this when the fuel prices were out of control to cut down our fuel bill. It was costing a small fortune to run the Legacy due to its poor mpg. The Marea wasn't pretty or refined in any way, but it served its purpose.

Alfa Romeo 155 V6. I have to say that this has been my favorite Alfa of all the ones I have owned. I only owned it for 18 months, it never let me down and I enjoyed driving it very much.

Alfa Romeo 156 V6. This was my wife's car which I regret selling. It was in excellent condition and I had carried out many modifications. Including an experimental use of 156 3.2 GTa inlet cams. I was one of the first to try this and it is now a popular modification within the world of Alfa. The modification adds approx 25bhp.

Volkswagon Passat 4.0 W8. The Passat was nothing short of outstanding. The first VW to get the very impressive W8 engine. Nearly 300 bhp made it very quick, but also very thirsty.

Alpina B10 4.6 V8. The gentleman's M5, a very quick car with 350 bhp and the V8 burble. A very rare sight on UK roads. Alpinas don't have limiters so this car was capable of 180mph.

Mitsubishi 3000GT Twin Turbo. My first really fast car. I spent as much time fixing it as I did driving it. It was worth it though.

Alfa Romeo 156 V6. We bought this when it was only about 18 months old so obviously cost a fair bit. Welcome to Alfa depreciation, a lesson learned there.

Alfa Romeo 33 1.7 16v Permanent 4. Our 2nd P4. This is my 2nd favorite Alfa and another very rare beast. Sadly there are very few of these left anywhere.
